As the children struggle to begin their own relationships, their father focuses on leading the South Philadelphia String Band on to victory in the Philadelphia Mummers Parade. The filmmakers worked with the South Philadelphia String Band for nearly 3 years and shot 80 hours of documentary footage to create a peak behind the sequins like you’ve never seen before!
